This female plastic surgeon had undergone a prior rhinoplasty when she was a teenager and was bothered by the amount of columellar show as well as asymmetry at her tip creating a "nose job" look. She also had pinching in her middle vault that was giving her difficulty breathing. In addition,she was bothered by her lower eyelids and felt she looked tired. She underwent a revision open rhinoplasty with a septoplasty and repair of her internal narrowing as well as a lower lid blepharoplasty involving fat repositioning.
