This woman had undergone a prior rhinoplasty which left her nose imbalanced. She felt her tip was too big, particularly on profile, and bulbous. In addtion she was bothered by her prior columellar scar. She had a revision open rhinoplasty that invoved removing the old scar, building up her bridge, and significantly reducing the size of her tip. You can view a diagram of her procedure here.
