This woman had undergone prior nasal surgery and was displeased with her profile and the size of her tip. Additionally she felt she looked tired. In conjunction with her open revision rhinoplasty she also had a lower eyelid surgery with fat repositioning to improve the "bags" creating dark circles. You can view a diagram of her procedure here.
