This gentleman had 3 prior rhinoiplasties which left him unhappy with the appearance of his tip and his profile in general. He underwent an open revision rhinoplasty involving many grafts to reconstruct the tip and open the middle vault. His radix was lowered as well. You can view a diagram of her procedure here.
