This young woman had complete collapse of her nasal dorsum and retraction of the columellar-labial angle after an overly aggressive spetoplasty that was done improperly. In addition to the obvious aesthetic deformity, she had difficulty breathing.
Reconstruction was perfomed using her rib cartilage and these photos were taken only 2 weeks after surgery before she travelled back to the UK. You can view a
