Female patient had previously undergone three prior rhinoplasty operations and was still unhappy with the appearance of her nose. Particularly she wished her tip was more refined and her nose looked more "feminine". We performed a revision rhinoplasty through an open technique and used cartilage grafts to provide refinement at the tip and an improved profile. You can view a diagram of her procedure here.
