This unfortunate female patient suffered trauma and lost her entire nasal septum as well as all of her teeth. As a result she had a collapsed nose with no support for her nose (due to bone loss above the teeth). She underwent a nasal reconstruction with rib cartilage to achieve a more normal appearance.
