Primary Rhinoplasty before and after, Frontal
This female patient was unable to breathe from the left side of her nose after injuring her nose as a child. Additionally she was bothered by the fact that it was curved. She was corrected with a septoplasty and an open rhinoplasty using an extended right spreader graft to straighten the top of her septum. You can view a diagram of her procedure here.
