Primary Rhinoplasty before and after, Frontal
This young woman was unhappy with the round, bulbous shape of her nasal tip and wanted a more “refined” look. She underwent an open rhinoplasty that involved completely reconstructing her very convex tip cartilages to achieve a more balanced tip.
