Dr. Frankel did a facelift and neck lift for me, and I am thrilled with the result. He has a special technique where in addition to lifting the muscle and skin, he actually is able to lift the cheek fat up to where it is supposed to be, giving a much more youthful and natural appearance. He doesn’t just pull, but also sculpts. The gallery on his website shows his natural and excellent work.
His staff is attentive, friendly and helpful, and they made me feel very comfortable. His offices and surgical center are immaculate and convenient.

Over the past 18 years Dr Frankel has won my trust, keeping me looking fresh and young, (around 10 yrs younger than my chronological age) with minimally invasive procedures like Facial Fat Transfers, Fillers, Botox and surgery to tighten the skin under my chin, eliminating my turkey neck.

I am 5 weeks post op. My experience with Dr Frankel was amazing. I had a deep plane face lift and looked incredible 10 days later with all bruising gone. I didn’t have much swelling either. I look 10 years younger. His entire staff is kind and efficient. The overnight nurse was wonderful. Dr Frankel is best in class. From as long as a I can remember my deepest insecurity came from the shape of my nose. Always worried about how it looked from which angle my face turned, or the way the light touched it. With age this then only helped the introvert side of my personality flourish. Choosing to stay at home when my friends went out, or being very selective of who I spent my time with knowing they wouldn’t judge my nose the way I did. After coming of age and Dr.Frankel coming into my life I knew it was the right time to change the dark path that insecurity had taken me down. Dr. Frankel was the kindest, most generous and patient man I’ve met. He took the time with me to go over the 3D reconstructions of my faces future. We became a team of 2 in cultivating the best plan to resemble the way I feel on the inside, be shown on the outside. The nose we chose, the nose that I now have, is the face I’d always seen and wanted when I looked in the mirror. For that I’m eternally grateful. The beautiful irony is that as your nose starts to shrink after surgery, you get to grow. Grow into your honest and genuine beauty from the way you felt on the inside. By getting the nose job I was able to live in the moment and not just want to be in the moment, taking away the subconscious thought of always having to decide whether my nose looked okay from one angle to the next. It grew my confidence, self-esteem, and just a better quality of life not having that continuous thought in the back of my head. Dr.Frankel has mastered the art of rhinoplasty and getting to work with him has now opened up paths that I never knew existed.
